I’ve started five companies, sold two of them, raised venture capital, and learned to code along the way because I got tired of waiting on other people to make my ideas real.

These days most of that building happens with AI agents. Claude drafts, I approve. The pattern shows up in everything on the log: an agent does the grind, a human makes the call. This site works the same way, with new entries filed from my terminal by the agent that helped ship the work.

    Flixr

    Ad creative for the world's largest performance advertisers: motion graphics, UGC, 3D and playables for Zynga, Bumble, Wolt, Rovio and Jam City. I acquired the business in 2022. Guillaume Lelait now runs it as CEO while I focus on AI and software.

    Silver Lining

    A career transition platform and community for tech workers. Thousands of members, 900 recruiters, coverage in the New York Times and TechCrunch. I built it alone, having learned to code as a non-technical founder. It joined Challenger, Gray & Christmas in December 2020.

    GawkBox

    Co-founder and CEO of a platform for streamers and creators. Raised $4.4M from Madrona Venture Group and London Venture Partners, grew to a team of 22, and reached 20,000 creators and a community of 500,000.
